AIRPORT SHUTTLE RESPONSIBILITY

Airport Shuttle is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road, traffic conditions, mechanical failure or any other unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond our control. Airport Shuttle reserves the right to cancel and/or refund reservations in advance of the scheduled pickup times. Any expenses occurring as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger. 

Airport shuttle is responsible for the reservations that are made for a specific date, time, location and number of passengers. If the reservation is made inaccurately by the customer during booking, Airport shuttle is not responsible for customer error. 

PAYMENTS

Airport Shuttle services require upfront payment with a credit or debit card. Your payment card will be charged in full for a fare when you make your reservation. There will not be any additional or hidden charges after that. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Customers can cancel a reservation at any time up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made below 24-hour period prior to pickup time are not refundable.

For a full refund, reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Airport Shuttle will not issue a refund for cancellations made less than 24-hour period prior to pickup time. 

AIRLINE FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS 

If the flight is cancelled or delayed by the airline, or flight cancelled by the customer, but airport shuttle service booking is left in place and not cancelled before our 24 hour cancellation window, such reservation will not be eligible for a refund. 

CUSTOMER ERROR

Customer is responsible for providing correct and truthful information during booking process. Customer will be able to review all entered information and double check for the accuracy. Airport Shuttle is not responsible for any mistakes made by customer during booking process. 

Airlines recommendation for international flights is to arrive to the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled flight time. Customer is responsible for selecting the pickup times for all rides, to and from the airport. We will not be responsible for late arrival if your pick up time with us is not at least 3.5 hours before the schedule flight time. 

LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS

Our drivers are not responsible for the items that are left behind inside the vehicle by the customer. Passengers are completely responsible for all their personal belongings. We will be happy to help and return items left in our vehicles. However, we will not take responsibility nor be liable for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. It is owner’s responsibility to reclaim their items at their expense including delivery or shipping charges. 

Our drivers are not responsible for remembering which bags belong to which passenger. It is passenger’s responsibility to retrieve all their belongings from our shuttle. Most of the bags look alike, so make sure to check if that is your bag and do not forge to pick up your smaller items from your seats or inside the vehicle such as cell phones, tablets, cameras, sunglasses etc.)

DAMAGED ITEMS

Our drivers are not responsible for any scratches, dents and tares to your luggage including broken wheels or feet, broken pull handles or straps, fragile items or items packed improperly. 

GRATUITIES

Gratuity is not included in your fare. Gratuity and tips are allowed and appreciated by our drivers. 

SECURITY POLICY

Your personal information is kept confidential kept behind guarded and secure networks and In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted and transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. To protect your personal information, we take several security precautions whenever a user puts an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information on our website.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed inside our vehicles.

All user data is strictly stored and is available only to employees on “need to know” bases to perform their work. Some data related to your device is automatically collected when you visit our website through our internet servers or using “cookies”. Examples of information about your use of the site include: the most visited and most viewed pages on our website, the number of completed reservations, time spent on the page, the most popular keywords that lead users to our site, your IP address, information collected through cookies, data from your device such as hardware settings, system activity, browser type, etc.

We use your personal data that you provided during the reservation for one or more of the following purposes: to establish the main communication with you; to communicate via email; to optimize your user experience (collected information helps us better respond to your user needs); to improve our website.

Your personal data is stored and protected in the database on the server for the duration of your business relationship with us, and then it is deleted after 12 months from the day you provided that data.

Regulation:

The protection of personal data is guaranteed by Article 42 of the Constitution of Serbia from 2006. Serbia adopted the Law on Personal Data Protection in 2008. The law began to be implemented on January 1, 2009, and the authority to supervise its implementation was given to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data. The new law, compatible with the new regulation of personal data protection of the European Union, began to be implemented on August 21, 2019.
