How does it work?
Book your reservation with us online. When the services are booked, the ride is shared with other passengers that are heading in the same geographic direction, within the same time span. Our Airport Shuttle bus services are safe and convenient way to get from Nikola Tesla Airport to Belgrade, and from Belgrade to Airport. Your shuttle will make a few stops en route for pickup or drop off of other passengers. Number of stops vary depending on the number of passengers that are booked for the same period. What to expect?
When you complete your reservation, please set a pick-up time between 2 and 3 hours before your flight time. You will receive the exact time of departure to the airport in your e-mail reservation and in a text message to the phone number you provided during the reservation. Be prepared and ready to leave at least 15 minutes before your pickup time, and the driver will be waiting for you no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. We will be picking you up anywhere from 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time until 5 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. If the driver cannot get in touch with you, and you are not at the pick-up point, the driver will be able to wait for you 5 minutes and then he will have to go to the next address.

Note: it is your responsibility to track and notify us if your departure or arrival time has changed. We will make every effort to accommodate if you need to change the date and the time of your pickup.
When you land at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, you will first collect your luggage and go through customs. It is the passenger’s responsibility to calculate the time from landing to leaving the terminal to the transfer. The driver will wait for you up to 5 minutes after you set the time to pick you up. But don’t worry, if you miss your transport, the next bus will pick you up.
The day before, you will receive an SMS message with detailed instructions for the transfer. You will also receive these detailed instructions in an email immediately after booking. In case you arrive early at the point of purchase from the airport, please wait a few minutes for your driver to come to you as he will be parked nearby as he is not allowed to wait on the curb in front of the terminal.
The airport transfer will not take much longer than if you were traveling direct, but if you are the only passenger in the vehicle, the vehicle will not have any stops.
Arrival Instructions
Belgrade Airport is not very large, and it will not be hard to find us. Upon arriving at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, first collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim area. Once you exit the terminal, we will pick you up outside arrivals area. Please allow few minutes for your driver to reach you as he will be close by in the designated parking area by the airport. Please be aware that most airports do not allow independent operators to have vehicles lined up at the curb. Detailed instructions will be included in your booking confirmation as well.
