We suggest booking as soon as you have your travel plans. We allow weeks and months in advance booking, but minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid any disappointment and help us ensure that your shuttle is ready for you on time.

Passengers should arrive 15 minutes prior to pickup to any location.

 To change your reservation, please send the following information: first name and last name (surname) of the reservation holder and the reservation number. To change your reservation, click here. Please note that a change cannot be accepted within less than 24 hours of your original booking.

NOTE: the reservation change must be confirmed by us.

There is no additional charge for changing the reservation.

We strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as you find out if there are any changes in your flight so that we can adjust your information in our schedule. 

You can cancel your reservation within more than 24 hours of your scheduled ride, and we will return the money paid to your original payment method.

The ordered transport service is paid online by bank or one of the credit cards: Visa, Master, Amex, Paypal, Apple pay, Discover, JCB

For any questions about wheelchair accessible vans, pet transfers, infant car seats or other special needs, please Contact us for more information.

Price is the same for all passengers. All children count as passengers because they will occupy a seat and must be included in the total number of passengers at the time of the booking.

Child/infant seats are not automatically included to the booking. At this moment we are not able to provide the child/infant seat. 

Pets are allowed in our vehicles if they are crated, but for specific sizes and more details please Contact us for more information.

Gratuities are not included in the price of a ticket and is at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver.

Airport Shuttle Bus is cheap compared to a Taxi service. The limo service is the most expensive type of transportation.
